I had that problem. When we fixed the speedo I still had a problem. Ended up tightening the visor on my headlight and that's what it was. I used electrical tape to tape some parts inside the headlight. It was even driving my SO crazy. Of course this was before the Supertrapp. He can't hear anything now when I pull up beside him.
